Your computer is infected with a trojan called Zlob. Zlob hijacks your homepage to some fake security website (like secureuptodate.com) and generates warning messages to try and get you to buy SpyLocked.. Of course it is important to get rid of Spylocked, but its just as important to also remove the Zlob Trojan that implanted it there. In my experience, a program called SpyNoMore is your best bet in removing the Zlob trojan. By removing this trojan, you will also get rid of Spylocked. Another symptom of Zlob Trojan is that it generates fake warning messages like:
System Alert
Critical System Error
System Performance monitor warning
Security Alert: NetWorm-i.Virus@fp
Security Warning: SpyBot@MXt trojan
W32.Myzor.FK@yf

I believe that dewcoons is referring to SpyBot Search and Destroy. Since it's a free download, it's worth a try.
If SpyBot doesn't take care of it, try another anti-spyware product such as Lavasoft Ad-Aware or SUPER Anti-spyware.
If you still have no luck, visit an online forum that specializes in helping people remove spyware from their computers. There are plenty of them out there that are free and volunteer-staffed and pretty good! But, regardless of which forum you visit ...
- Before you post your question: Do all of the preliminary cleaning steps they suggest
- When you post: Tell them everything you've already tried to solve the problem.
- When you have a helper working with you: Follow their instructions to the letter.
All of that helps them to help you as quickly as possible. Good luck!
