Wallace "the mountain" Tucker. He weighed in at 687 pounds. He had to be brought out onto the field with a hand cart. It took 4 men to put him in position on the line, but when he was there, MAN, no one got past him! He was about 5 feet wide. The quarterback had a HUGE pocket of safety behind him from which to operate.
Wallace died in 1987, it took 24 men to carry his coffin, he had ballooned up in weight to 954 lbs.

Im not quite sure but Gilbert brown who played for my beloved Green Bay Packers has to one of the biggest. They listed him 345 but he was well over 400. maybe in the 410 420 lbs range. A big boy who was quick and a hell of a runstopper.
