I know some pharmacies where I live that will give her a graduation 'gift' in the 30K range.
Honestly, I wouldn't worry about a gift that costs anyting. A long weekend away would probably the best thing you could give her. The gift of time!

Find a place that publishes newspaper front pages of all kinds to fit your wife's excellent accomplishment. Pick a headline like "Pauline Pushes Pills". Buy her a white smock. I always liked singing telegrams along with a boquet of roses.

What a great accomplishment. Pharmacy School is challenging.
Suggest something for her profession - maybe a PDA w/ epocrates? Personalized lab coat?

As a pharmacist, she'll be on her feet a lot. How about a nice pair of Dansko clogs? They run about $100 or a bit more. I have two pairs and they are the most comfortable shoes I own.

You could get her a pharmacy-related reference set. I know they have these for doctors; I would think pharmacists would have something similar.

Buy a digital picture frame and fill it with pictures of the two of you together. It would be very sweet and romantic.
