My parents bought a new motor home in 1977 on a dodge van chassis with a 360 V8 it overheated on every hill from day 1. The dealer couldn't fix it when it was under warranty what I suggest is adding an axillary radiator available after market like through J.C, Whitney or pep boys.

Worn fan clutch, dirty AC condenser radiator, broken/missing air dam (front air scoop), engine running too lean, timing too advanced would be a few things to check.
