I want to get an acting part so i need an agent. Also does it caost money?

Agents will usually only take you if you have some experience. Do local plays, take some classes, get some chops.
Any agent who charges you money is a scam.

Do you have a lot of acting roles on your résumé?
How many are lead roles?
Agents want to see that you have a substantial amount of theatre roles on your résumé.
