its also one of my pet peeves when someone brings up slavery and say i am being raciest when i was about 4 generations from the end of slavery...

Anything said by a person that has "lil" as part of their name does not bother me nor does it usually raise more than a blip on my mental radar...
Quit trying to make yourself out as a victim and get on with life.

Not all white people are "crackas" but all black people are "n*****s". And that word is also a LOT more offensive. So it's not the same.
The ones that were the "top dogs" the last few generations are always less offended by names that the ones who are just working their way out from under. Calling French or German people names, for example, is not as bad as calling Jewish people or Chinese people racial names. The meaning is different.
But yes, there is a double standard. People like Sharpton or Jesse Jackson are in what I call the "race business". They know what buttons to push to make white people feel guilty. they know the "arguing with me means you're racist" trick. they use this to extort money from various businesses that want to avoid bad publicity. Many others try a version of this ploy.
I agree. My ancestors aren't from North America, and didn't own slaves - definitely not any slaves in the USA. Simialry, they didn't steal the land from the Indians, and they didn't start wars to take California and Texas from Mexico.
I think there's got to be a "statute of limitations" thing. After the affected generation has dies off, or 20 years later, no going back.
Otherwise, everyone has a claim. The Romans stole most of Europe from the locals. The Angles and Saxons took Britain from the Celts. The moghuls took over India from the previous inhabitants. The Iroquois took Ontario from the Hurons; the Apache took the southwest lands from local tribes, the Aztecs and Incas took the land from other tribes to build thier empires... The Israelites stole their land from the Caananites, the 2 tribes of Israel stole their land from the other 10, etc. Where does it stop?

You'd have to ask Imus about that. Or maybe check with the folks at one of the following organizations:
White Entertainment Network
National Association For The Advancement of White People
The United White College Fund
Or ask at one of the "white only" colleges in America.
Ours' is a nation of double standards. You might as well get used to it.

I find very useful the paraphrasing of the words of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
When one judges another by the color of their skin, rather than the content of their character, one is a racist.
lil wayne is a racist, and a vulgar hateful one at that.

call the NAACP!!! or get used to it, for some reason minorities are allowed to be racist while the majority practices a political correctness philosophy only on themselves.
