The air inside the air line is always the atmospher pressure at the ground What is the difference in air pressure in side and out side the air line at 15cm

IF you could measure the change in pressure, the concept would be the air inside would increase in Volume, but not pressure. Outside the airline the air pressure would decrease.

After the aircraft is air born they change the pressure up to about 8000 ft. and slowly bring u back down before landing.
