I think they celebrate your birthday on February 28 or March 1 when it's not a leap year. Legally, I think they will allow you to be an adult after 18 years just like every other person, because you have been on this earth for the same time as them,even if your actual brithday is non-existant for 3 years at a time.

not much, u die younger in theory...my friend was bron on a leap year day. Everybody says he is only 3 and a half years old, but he is in grade 9. And u just get to celebrate your b-day every 4 years or a day late or earlier too.

You age every four years only so basically if the average life expectancy is 70 then you live to be 280 years old isnt that awesome. Also when you turn 128 you became a turtle and then you sell balloons at Yankee games and little kids can ride you and sometime you even go hunting for shrimps at the Chum bucket with Spongebob.

By the time you hit 30, you can shave off as many years as you like. By 80 you can skip shaving in more ways than one, and just plain old divide!
