These are some of the many theories:

- A regular average joe looking to rid the world of prostitutes who had some knowledge of human anatomy.
-A crazed doctor who was looking for body organs to consume for "devil worship"
-A person hired by the Royal Family to murder the hookers who could have given the prince an STD; to avoid political shame.
-An actual member of the royal family trying to rid prostitutes.
-A member of a foreign Royal Family causing havoc in London ( it has been reported that the Romanian prince was visiting London around the same times the murders had occured)

Who do you believe Jack The Ripper was?

His last name was probably Bush and a descendant of George Bush.

The movie "FROM HELL" was based on a graphic novel. Some of the points it made led me to believe it had to be a doctor or a butcher. Someone with knowlege of vital organs and with cutlery sharp enough to leave clean cuts. I've read a bit about the murders, and it just makes more sense that way. Prostitutes were plentiful and disposable. Someone in the royal family is just too far-fetched. Too easy to get caught. It had to be someone who lived amongst the prostitutes who could easily slip into the shadows. The rich would be noticed and the last thing they want is to draw attention to themselves.

My short list of promising suspects:

Montague Druitt
James Kelly
Thomas Cutbush
Charles Le Grande

There's no viable evidence of a Royal or Masonic conspiracy.
It's likely the Ripper had some anatomical knowledge, but not necessarily that he had medical training.

a little more info for ya, jack the ripper did not kill all the prostitutes he came in contact with. he would lure them with grapes, a commodity that was very expensive in england at the time, no one who hung out with prostitutes would be able to afford them. the royal family killed these hookers because a member of the royal family actually married one, all the hookers killed attended the wedding.

It had to be someone in the royal family trying to cover up the political shame of the prince.

I forgot the guy's name but he was a member of the Royal family with some mental problems. Once he was spirited away to wherever they put him, the murders stopped.

Think of all the serial killers in history. Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, they're alway average joes with mental disorders.
