I need one for a 1983 Yahama Virago 500 and i can't find one for that year of Virago 500.

have you asked at your local Yamaha shop? Factory manuals are expensive, but available.
Also try eBay? maybe someone has one there.

Try going to Google, and type in Clymer Repair Manual. They make manuals for just about everything with two wheels.
