You can get them anywhere, I've seen them from wet seal, Charlotte Russe, to American Eagle. i wouldn't buy it though, it's getting a bit "out", especially since it was a fall/winter thing. Now the stores that use to sell it, aren't selling it any more. You know, it boomed. They use to be selling at every store at the mall at the very front, and now they're not as wanted (aka going out) But don't worry there are newer fashion trends on the rise. Don't you want to be the first girl to wear the newest trend?.

Express has a good selection of washes and sizes, and they are relatively inexpensive at $70 a pair. Sometimes you can catch them on a sale and pay as little as $30 for a pair.

Second hand stores such as Goodwill or check out garage sales. A lot of people don't really want to believe this trend is coming back !

EXPRESS its the best store in the whole world i love it i love it i love it!!!!!..they have there summer stuff out now but i think they still have jeans and yea omg there awsome wouldnt get them anywhere else

try hot topic, or ebay...there`s tons of websites that sell the rock/punk/emo clothes that also have them, just do a google search & u will find loads!!!
