OK, we bought a refrigerator about 1 mth and half ago. It started giving us problem about 4 wks ago.

First it gave us this big vibrating noise and then it started get cool and then it wouldn't cool. Thanks to it, we had to throw away a lot of spoiled foods.

What problem do you think it has and what technician is good to help us with this problem?

ThankYou

If it is a new refrigerator contact the retailer who sold it to you and even if it was second hand, from a shop, there are standards about the quality of goods they sell.
Failing that look up the yellow pages for refrigeration engineers.

The freon system could be screwed up. If you only bought it a month and a half ago, and you bought it new, it's still under warranty and you need to go back to the place you bought it from and talk to them about it. Or contact the manufacturer directly, would be even better. If you didn't buy it new, and/or you didn't activate the warranty, you need to contact an air conditioner repair place. They work with refrigerators as well, or if that particular shop doesn't, they'll be able to direct you to someone who does.

If you bought it from a store you should have called the store the first signs of problem and told them what was happening. If you didn't buy it from a store call the manufacturer and describe the problem someone in customer service should be able to help you.

You probably have warranty on the frig so just look at the reciept or any paperwork from the frig and call the number, they can tell you if it's something you could fix or if they need to go out there to fix it... Good Luck!!!

Something is wrong with the compressor. It is still under warranty. Contact the store that you bought it from. Either they or the manufacturer must fix it.

Could be a problem with the motor. The fridge still should be under warranty. The place you got it from should replace it.

If you just bought it try taking it back to where you bought it from tell them the problem and that you need a new one. Or take them to small claims for selling you a piece of shi t freezer.

Good Luck!

If you bought it new, it should be covered by warranty. If you bought it used, it sounds like you have been conned.

That same thing JUST happened to us.
Go back to the store it came from and return it for one that
works. Thats what we did.
