I shower every morning befor work and sometimes again that night if I have a social event planned. I do not enjoy baths as much but I do soak in the hot tub 3-5 nights a week.

I very rarely have baths but I shower everyday; sometimes twice a day. I am from Greece and living in England at the moment.

it is wise to take a bath everyday. i use an antibacterial soap every so often and a good salt bath every once and awhile is good. you ought to look into what kinds of Bactria and microscopic organisms are living on you and you might think of it a bit different. plus it keeps you smelling good for the people you are trying to attract. a good herb bath every blue moon wouldn't hurt either... if your not taking baths, lol, good luck! maybe a good staph infection or a dose of e coli will change your mind... you also should exercise and TAKE YOUR VITAMINS so the quality of your life will improve...

I take a shower every morning. And I enjoy it. Helps me to wake me up, takes out my sleepy look, and make me feel comfortable and self confident. Many times I take two showers, mostly when I go out at night. And exceptionally, more than two. For instance, when I play tennis at noon.
