Hi, I work in a bank, each bank has it's own rules, but for the most part, you would have to open a business account that is solely used for business purposes. That raises red flags when people do business transactions in personal accounts, and internal reports are filed, not to mention reported to government agencies. This has to be done because since all banks are governed by the OCC, banks get audited and have to follow procedures.

It is possible but it is a terrible idea because it becomes a tax nightmare trying to separate your personal transaction from your business transactions. If you get audited...this doubles your nightmare
Find out where to register a business name (probably with the county clerk). register that business name, and take the county document to your bank so that you can open up a business account in the name of your business....

Depends on the situation. Or you might be able to attach a sub-account to the original personal account to use for business.
