Unique color variants of unusal turtles would be the most expensive.
Rare, hard to raise turtles are also costly. Giant tortoises usually run a few thou, and I've seen some rare 'starred' tortoises going for a bit more than that.

some turtles require permits to even buy, and to qualify for the permit you have to have ideal set up for this species. So I would say any of the endangered giants would be the most expensive

honey hell if i no but me and my home gurl think that it is the snapping turttle cause it could bite u and u could have to get surgery
