I am a Suns fan; I live in Arizona. I applauded when Raja clotheslined Kobe. I would love to have done that myself. And this "hip check" from Robert Horry, who may be considered as one of the best clutch players ever, is making many Suns fan crazy. It's not like Robert put his hands on Nash. And it is only one incident, I don't see how that make Robert so "dirty." I don't even see why Spurs are a "dirty" team for just playing tough defense. Sure, that foul on Nash was dirty, but it's only one foul. If we were to use one foul to judge a team's "dirtiness," then Phoenix is a dirty team and Raja is a dirty player. So calm down.

I think the Suns might pull out. Amare and Boris are only out 1 game. And it's 2-2 right now, 3 more games to go. Don't be like Dirk and call it quits. Don't be a choker. Calm down, fans. Believe.

P.S. Duncan was standing before the foul. There was no altercation. I don't think suspending Duncan just to make it "fair" is a valid reason. Suck it up

I can't be upset with the NBA since they did no wrong but followed the rules. And the rule shouldn't be changed because change it to allow players getting off the bench in an altercation can only make things worse. This is a good rule. Players on the Spurs bench could have easily gotten up too. But they are smart enough that they didn't. They aren't champs by playing dumb.

Manu didn't try injuring anybody. Amare made that up. Manu was only playing tough defensive. Bowen kicking Amare? Amare had a semi-fade away as Bowen run toward the goal in case of a rebound. Bowen had to back up, so Amare didn't crash into him. So Amare is a crybaby. I don't have to like all players in the Suns to be a fan.

Sorry, but I trust Nash and Marion. And Nash and Marion are always so classy when they talk. Amare has the tendency to talk sh!t. It's not a wonder why Marion and Nash have more commercials and commercial appeal than Amare. Amare should keep his mouth shut.

Raja is a relentless defender; Bruce Bowen is his role model! Raja is my favorite guy in the Suns. He got into Robert's face too. Raja is fearless. So, Amare, please shut your mouth and just play the game. Be like Raja. Clothesline someone if you have to, but carry on like Raja.

I think your being a little too hard on Suns fans... Its not a bad thing to be passionate about our team is it? Every other teams fans do the same thing...Were the Lakers not mad at Raja when he close lines Bryant? Yet the many times Bryant has done the same thing they have cheered him on. This is what fans do, if we were all just calm, cool and collected then we wouldn't be paying $4000 just to see a game, hell we wouldn't care to dress up or buy jerseys...games would be boring. Half of the fun is the rivalry! Its not very often that a suspension is not deserved so I am not arguing that part, but fans are still allowed to be mad about it, that's our job! To back our team whether they are right or wrong.

I am a big Suns fan, but also a huge fan of NBA in general and am a fan of other teams as well, but since I currently live in Phoenix they are my favorite of course. I understand that crazy things happen in the playoffs which is why they are so fun to watch. It's not Horry that most people are mad about even if you listen to fans, its mostly the NBAs ruling of suspending Stoudemire and Diaw...hell, I say let Horry and his 6.4 avg ppg play the rest of the series!

P.S. Oh and I'm not one of those casual fans that just started watching...I've seen every single game of the Suns this season and most games for the past 20 years and attended the first game of this season...um, too bad I couldnt afford to go to anymore.

I'm with you. I live in the valley of the sun too.

We will as Skip Bayless said on ESPN this morning, "Be playing with the wounded tiger theory. Players on the court will step up & take it up two notches. The fans will (or at least they better) take it five notches.

Again, I am a Suns fan but pretty creative... I heard either Gambo & Ash or Bickley & MJ (PHX sports radio gurus) in touch with SA media & the nickname Texas has for us is the Kleenex Suns. Funny, funny. I'll be sure to mail a box to teh lone star state so they can wipe their eyes after we close 'em out (hopefully Friday Night.)

GO SUNS!

i'd be upset too, but the nba did what was correct, according to rule. personally, i think they should re-write to rule book. the foul wasn't even that bad in a long line of hard playoff fouls. go back and look at tape. and now they've taken action that could change who this year's champ is because two players almost got excited, and stepped a few feet off the bench. but who knows... they could still win Game 5....and the series.

What about Duncan and Bowen getting up. You are not a Suns fan if you don't have a problem with the way this was handled. You are not a basketball fan if you are ok with the way this was handled. Horry, Manu, and Bowen are out there trying to injure Suns players and this is fine with you?

They're not upset about Horry. They're upset about the lack of intelligence on the part of the NBA. How can you suspend these guys for "leaving the bench" when their intention was NEVER to fight. It's ridiculous to say the least.
