right so a little anatomy class here. you got the outside of your ear, then theres the inner ear with the hasp and staple and all the gubins that turns the sound into a signal that can be transmitted along the auditory canal to your brain so you can make sense of it, its usually called the ear drum. on the other side of the ear drum is a small tube that runs into the throat called the eustachian tube and is usually closed but allows air to travel up or down it to equalize the air pressure on either side of the ear drum, thats why the air stewards used to give you a sweet to suck on in aeroplanes to as this equalisation can take place.
so this drumming your hearing/feeling in your ears is just the shock wave of air passing up and down the eustachian tude knocking on the side of the eardrum in your head and triggering this drumming sound that your hearing

You have a tube (the Eustachian tube) connecting your middle ear (the part of your ear BEHIND your eardrum) to your throat. This tube equalises the air pressure either side of the eardrum. Without it your eardrums would burst every time you climbed a mountain! When you swallow, the lower end of the tube closes off so that nothing is drawn into the middle ear. That is what you can feel. It's natural and not a problem.

human beings that describe chest soreness as grabbing are maximum probable to have episodes of angina... it may no longer be that yet you may desire to circulate to a heart professional (a solid one) and get an ultrasound or perhaps if he shows (even a coronary test). after all do no longer ignore this fact. My father replaced into 40 9, replaced into below extremely some rigidity and does not circulate to the healthcare professional yet stored taking aspirins that eased that grabbing. He ended up with a heart attack and a cardiac arrest. he's on drugs now, yet in a no longer so solid difficulty. It does not rely on your age. circulate to the healthcare professional and locate out. even if if it replaced into angina you may manage it without soreness and soreness. i desire it is not (and could no longer be, the ear situation could point out something else). Take care :)

That happens to a lot of people. It happens to me about once every 6 months. I hate that sound in my ear. As far as why? Don't know. All I know it doesn't hurt. This will go on for a few days and then go away. Then I don't hear anything when I drink something.

Sorry i dont have a good answer to this question but I used to get this alot when i was younger!! I had a problem with my hearing when i was younger but even now sometimes when i swallow I get a funny kind of 'pop' feeling. Dont worry too much about it but if u are concerned just speak to your GP.

It is most probably a build up of ear wax. Syringing or ear drops will help to get rid of it.
