Okay now i get parallel lines how do you find perpendicular?
example-
which is an equation of a line perpendicular to MN
m-(-1,-4)
n-(3,4)

line MN has a slope, dy/dx = 8/4 = 2, so lines perpendicular to it will have a slope of -1/2, which is c).
