As with much Dickens, there are little mysteries along the way, but it is really more of a drama...

Why are you so eager that it be a mystery?

I'd call it a Drama with a mysterious plot. Definitely not a Mystery in the traditional sense. Great book though.

sorry but no its really much more of a drama Charles Dickins was very melodramatic, he even had a past in the melodrama.
