Considering most bass can get over a foot and a half, go with the 75.

Biggest is almost always best when it comes to fish. Especially wild-caught fish. And by the way, it is cruel to take an animal from the wild and keep it. It stresses them. I hope you didn't get this one from the wild.

Bigger would be better. I think the tank size will keep them from getting too big. Either way, if it gets too big or costs too much to feed, you can always have supper.

Both are susceptible for a bass, depends on your budget and room
