Come clean. Stop lying. Explain to them how sorry you are. Beg for their forgiveness. If they don't want to give it to you, well, you've got no one to blame but yourself.

Tell them the truth. Accept that they may not forgive you and may not want to be friends with you anymore. Do some soul-searching (or get some counseling) to figure out why you lied. Learn from your mistakes and move forward.

Why would you do something like that? It would seem that you are not deserving of either of these people in your life. You probably need to lay it all out for the two of them and see if they can forgive --- don't expect a miracle!

You are a bad person,. Cheated on your girlfriend with your best friend who is a gay guy. You deserve to lose them both and pay for your actions.

tell them the truth and do your best to smooth it over. also, why is your friend dumb enough to think a gay guy would sleep with you??? they hate sex with women no matter how good friends they are??? and in the future don't play your friends like this again ok? the best way to keep your friends is to play them straight and watch their back. peace!

I am thinking you have to "bite the bullet" and tell the truth. It would be better if you told the truth to both of them at the same time.
