Unfortunately, no. You can try to guesstimate using your the date of your last period, but it is not completely accurate.

The only way of knowing is through an ultrasound. Any other method is just educated guessing.

Nope. Home pregnancy tests can't tell you how far along you are. They test for the presence of a hormone in your urine that's only there when you're pregnant (and when taking a few, specific fertility drugs. If you're taking those drugs your doctor has probably told you not to use an HPT because you may get a false result.)

Some home pregnancy tests are more sensitive than others and may give you an earlier result, but won't tell you when you got pregnant. If you know when you were ovulating because you were charting your BBT or using OPKs, you may be able to tell, but often, pregnancy is caluclated from the last menstrual period.

I am sorry the only way to tell how far along you are is an ultrasound and even then, that is an estimate. They are pretty close by one or two weeks. There are places that do the ultrasound for free.

You could also google pregnancy calendar and put in the first date of your last period and they will give you an estimate of how far along you are also. Hope this helps.

A home pregnancy test can be purchased at your local pharmacy (Wal-Mart, CVS, Wal-Greens, etc). Instructions come with the test to explain how they work. All you do is remove the cap and hold the absorbent end in your urine stream for a few seconds ( you can also pee in a cup and dip the stick in it) and then lay it flat on a counter (you can replace the cap if you wish). Wait 5 minutes and check. Some tests have will show 2 parallel lines if pregnant, others will show a plus (+) sign if pregnant. Good luck!

No, but when you get your first ultrasound they will give you an estimated due date, date of conception, and tell you approx. how far along you are. If your regular you can estimate how far along you are. Try using an online pregnancy calendar like mycycles.com, or pregnancy.org. All will give you a date. Good luck and Congrats!

no sorry you have to remember the last time you had your period to guess that one. say your last period was on April 1st, you got pregnant around thee 14th day you should have had another period 2 weeks later you would be about a month along if you don't remember the doctor will tell you when he does your first checkup.

take the date of your last period, add 7 days, then subtract 3 months- that is your due date.
Example: Last period- May 1-add 7 days, may 8, Subtract 3 months=February 8 due date
