I can go into the bios and stuff, but i wont load in safe mode or any other mode its just stuck. Should i use my Windows XP CD to reinstall it or should i shell out major cash and let the Geek Squad fix it. Please help im already poor.

sounds like you have a worm, it happened to me once, cost me two hundred dollars to get it fixed.
you have to scrub the hard drive, and re format it, then re install every thing again. if you don´t know what you are doing, you need to take it to a computer repair shop.

quick fix here seems to be reinstalling XP,
but you may have the option of letting it self-repair.
boot from the XP CD and see what your options are, 'cause you're not getting anywhere right now, and the Geek Squad will likely end up doing the same thing.

Reinstall or repair Windows XP with your XP Disc which is free, or you can call Geek Squad which will cost you.

Do you have recovery discs? If not reinstall with original discs. All software is lost, though. Why pay the Geek squad to run a disc?

I would suggest trying: 1) Raising the ambient temperature in the room. 2) Checking the components installed online for minimum operating temperatures and replacing them with something more robust if you find an issue. 3) Trying to keep the humidity in the room to a minimum. 4) Checking for any failing components. 5) Looking at ways to insulate the PC if needed (although not too much as it will still need to dissipate a lot of heat once is has got started).

Well As per my knowladge you don't need to Re-Install your XP.
I am sure it's Resolution Problame.
Genreally Games starts in 600X800 resolution. When they got sudden errors they become unstable and can not work.
I advise you to check following task as instructions I given below:
1. From Safe Mode try to change resolution
2. Press F8 when you computer starts booting
3. And then try Step-by-Step Debuging
Ow Repair XP by XP's CD
Thank-You

Put ure WinXp Cd in your drive. Pretend to completely install winxp all over again. Don't worry none of your data will get lost. If you're problem is a windows problem the reinstall will fix it.

What did you expect when you ask someone to drive all the way to your house to fix something when you could just bring it to them?
Just do a windows repair... follow these directions:
