My little tortoise didn't have her period for more than a month, her shell is enlarged and tender, she is vomiting and didn't accept the lettuce i gave to her , instead she prefered some pickled carrots and cucumbers!!

Why would a spiritual med student waste the time of people who wish to help others by posting such a question?
By the way- tortoises SHOULD NOT eat most lettuces, pregnant or not. Light green head lettuce is nutritionally void and even dark leafy lettuce should not be on the menu much for grassland and Mediterranean species who should be getting a drier, more fiberous diet.
