You could, but I have to agree with the other responder. You should consider adoption. The cost will be about the same.

Talk to a doctor. I will say that as long as her thyroid hormone levels are good, and are being controlled well with medication, given that I am assuming you are saying that she has no thyroid gland, then she should be okay on that part.

she should be able to concieve and carry with no issue. She will be a high rish pregnancy due to advanced maternal age, but its generally not an issue.

its possible but at her age there could be alot of complications to her and the baby, I would consider adoption.

dont see why it wouldnt be a good possibility..i would just have her set up an appointment with her ob/gyn and sit down and talk to see what her options are ..you never know..good luck..
