they sell that thing its like a rubber mat that goes under rugs to keep them for moving that cost about $20 for that size but well worth it. you can find them at home depot in the flooring department.

I think this is the funniest question I have ever read. I think you have a poltergeist....or you are always walking on it. Put a foam sticky pad under it, or a heavy piece of furniture on part of it.

This is due to walking. A rubber mat underneath may not stop it, but will slow down the movement.
