You are eternal peace. Stop denying yourself this. Only in you can this be and nowhere else. The path to this state of mind starts within oneself where the determination is accompanied by a sense of well being in the knowledge that one is heading forward on the ascending path of self awareness. Good Luck.

It's nice to be interactive with life, but life does not bring peace. Peace comes from the inside out. From the innermost center wher you know yourself, where time seems to stand still, where there is just pure consciousness or awareness for that moment. It's a place to come to when you are done for the day doing your duty in the world.

It is only possible by somehow leaving the finite conditions of our current existence and finding a route of access to a realm of existence that is itself eternal. Peace in this world is mitigated, contingent and finite and this is why it is so precious and so rare.

Mother Teresa said, "Peace begins with a smile."

Really, try smiling more. Wake up and smile and when you go to bed, smile before you fall asleep. It really is that simple.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

"Seek you first the kingdom of God". Awake to your unity with God in unconditional love. "God dwells within you as you".
For this you need a Christed Saint, there are many living on earth now.
See; http://syda.org/theguru Swami Chidvilasananda, she is such a Saint. Approach her with respect. She said, if I am in my heart and you are in your heart, we have union in the heart of God.
