I wish the next president of the United States could be Sir Richard Branson, best known for skyrocketing Virgin into the economic stratosphere. He's been my business icon for many years. No other individual demonstrates such a superb mastery of corporate acumen, dedication to humanitarian empowerment, diplomacy, tact, and style. He remains bleeding edge fresh, and demands such in kind from his associates and contemporaries. Why, oh why must he be prohibited from running just because he wasn't American born?!?

The best prez is someone who will reduce taxes and government spending; take reasonable steps to kick-start alternative energy; and get timely help to those affected by large scale natural disasters like Katrina.
In other words, NONE of the current candidates!

Warren Buffett - He seems to have a good knowledge of people and how to motivate them. He places people in key positions that are able to get things done. He also has a good understanding of himself and the priorities in life. It would be a change to have someone that can do the job and does not have to be financially indebt to others.

I think being president is difficult. While I think Bush has had his share of mistakes...I get sick of the "Bush sucks" bandwagon. People say they don't like him...but can't really list a reason why.
To answer the question...Fred Thompson is who I hope runs.

I think that Mit Romney would make a good president. He has good morals, even though he is a mormon, and although he is a smart man he isn't just another politician. The man knows what he's doing.
