Any Opinion About University of Connecticut?

Does any body has an appinion about university of Connecticut, storrs campus. Is it good for studying PhD engineering?

It is a pretty routine medium sized state university in a not very interesting small town. You will get a decent education there, but nothing that will make you stand out. If you have no other offers and they are willing to support you (i.e. they're giving you substantial amount of money) then I think it would be fine.

Excellent school. For engineering no it is not MIT but you will get a first-rate education.
