Lots of groups on Yahoo offer free teabag tiles, etc. I belong to a teabag group called TeabagFolding tiles2... the people in the group are really nice. Here's a link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TeaFoldingTiles2/
I also have free tiles and some background papers free at my Webshots page, here's the link: http://community.webshots.com/user/Craftluv45

In the crafts category on Webshots, look up words teabag tiles, 3-D (for cut and paste 3-d figures to make cards), and greeting cards as well as other crafts areas... lots of online friends have great pages of free stuff, especially user "dopen" (I believe that's her name) She has LOTS of fee stuff you can download to your computer... and all great!

There is a lot of craft info on Internet, more than is available in books or CD. So why not search for the crafts you are interested in.

Teabags have been a craze in the Netherlands, for instance, and while the most sites will be in Dutch, many are also translated into English.
In CD's and books you only get what is published by publishers and if it is worth being put on CD, it is not often given away, but sold.
But if you really want those CD's you might try all the big craft stores and ask if they get promotional CD's, sometimes they do, and sometimes they are willing to make copies for paying customers who spend a lot in their shops.

I don't know of where you can get them for free, but, if you have a Michaels store in the area, you could use your 40% off coupon for one. They have a pretty good variety. Or you could try Michaels.com. Good luck.
