No, the 5-month-old fetus has a separate blood supply going and will not be impacted in any way . The piercing holes might get stretched though!

A navel piercing will not impact your baby.
You may note as your belly grows that your ring or bar will not fit so well. With my last one I found some soft plastic type bars that have some flex to them and was able to keep mine in. I bought mine at the piercing salon for about 8 bucks.

No not at all. I am 9 months pregnant with my 3rd child and still have my belly button pierced. I don't leave the ring in but I put it through every now and then to make sure it stays open.

I know that when you get bigger they will stretch and sometimes rip till the point they bleed. If you have them in while being pregnant alot of times they will be pushed out, or work them selves out and it hurts.

Not unless you get an infection or pierce it through the baby.

It doesn't hurt the baby, but it will hurt you. You should also ask doctors advise on this one, too.
