Home remedy, when in real need and unavailable funds for whatever reason you can't get chapstick...This might sound gross but, it could help using the oils from around the sides of your nose , with your fingertips swipe it on your lips. If you have access to a store carmex or blistex work the best...good luck

I had really bad chapped lips (like painfully bad), and no chap stick was helping. My mom gave me this stuff called Aquaphor Advanced Therapy for dry, cracked, or irritated skin. It's not specifically for chapped lips, but it worked so good! Within like 15 minutes it already felt better. Try it!
