I usually don't mind spiders, but seeing 20 little ones climb up the wall near my bed just creeps me out. This happened 2 nights in a row already, and I manage to kill 50 to 75 percent of them before they run to a corner where it's impossible to squish them. I cleaned my room, vacuuming the carpet, dusting tops, and cleaned my drawers, but they still came. I think they are finding a hole somewhere from outside, but I'm not sure.
Also, they seem to like hanging out near a light switch on that wall, but I can't see any holes, so I'm pretty sure they are not coming from inside the light switch... I'm clueless and kind of scared. I don't want to have to call exterminators because I know spiders are "good" bugs, but seriously, 20 baby spiders on a wall is not appealing, especially near my bed.

Spiders are our friends and you should not harm them. Catch them in a net and put them outside. Sheesh.

yea I know, spiders aren't bad animals....BUT! Spiders are meant to stay outside, not on your wall by your bed. There's a good chance that there's a small hole that they're coming from outside into your room. and clean your room more often, not just when you see a lot of spiders making your room their home. You really should call the exterminator because having that many bugs in your room is not a good thing. and baby spiders at that...means that there's a mommy spider somewhere really close by so this won't stop. I'm getting all itchy thinking about it!
Good luck though!

There is always a way for bugs of any kind to get in a house...even if there are no holes. Try taking apart the light switch, maybe look in the walls or near the windows; that's where they tend to hang out and come in. Hope that helps!

You could sing them to sleep so they wont be climbing on the wall. LOL j/k You might invest in a Fogger, made by raid or something to that nature, and you could always get chemicals to spray on the outside of your house too, like in the lawn section or a Walmart.

A professional exterminator would be plan A. If you can't afford that, there are places that sell you the chemicals so you can do it yourself. Look in your local yellow pages under Pest Control and look for a Do-It-Yourself store. Squashing them will do no good if they are coming in from outside.

Just keep killing them. Apparently a spider has built a nest and they are now being born. They are good at hiding them. Just keep getting them when you see them. Otherwise they will mature and breed. Their season will pass though. Every so often, I see baby spiders in my house and I end up walking through webs in my house in the morning when I wake up. Then it all stops... until months down the line.

you can go to home depot or something, get a pack(3 cans) of Hot shot fogger... well it depends on the size of your house, we needed 6 cans for a 2 story 5 bedroom house. place the cans where you think it can reach every room.. use all the cans, press down and it sprays a fog or mist. just stay out of the house after u pressed all the buttons.. stay out for 2 hours and come back, most bugs and insects should be dead. good luck

Spiders have been on earth way before the human race so they have more rights to be in your house than you do.
That was once their home till that giant house landed on their homes.
