Lie down and put your feet up above your heart I know that makes you stop bleeding if your pregnant.

I think that it's natural. Your body is reacting to the exam. You can go to the ER and get the ultrasound, but, I'm sure that you'll be fine by the end of the day. Your pregnant, so, you should calm down. All the stress is not good for the baby.
Good luck with your future new addition.

Bleeding is TOTALLY normal. I would take it easy, maybe go see a movie, get your mind off of it. It'll be better soon.
Please remember, with all the hormonal changes and everything your pieces/parts are just mega sensitive and bleed sometimes. It's nothing to worry yourself over.
I remember I used to bleed after every pap smear, it was awful. That's why I turned down having one when I got pregnant, I didn't want to see any blood (anyway I'd just had one)!

As an ob nurse I can tell you it is normal to bleed after an exam but if you are still scared ask your dr to either listen to the baby's heart beat or take a quick peak with an ultrasound so it puts your mind at ease

The same thing happened to me after an exam while I was pregnant for my now 9 month old. Went away after one day so your doctor is telling the truth when she says that it's normal to bleed after an exam. Just keep an eye out for further signs but most likely it will just go away.
P.S. - Congratulations :)

This is normal. Everytime I go for a exam, I bleed for one or two days. Dont worry!!! It should go away within 2 or 3 days.

That's right. I know a lot of women that always bleed after having an exam, intercourse, etc during pregnancy.
Since it's slowing down it sounds good!!
Healthy baby vibes being sent your way!!

I have always had a little bleeding after my first pelvic exam during pregnancy, the blood vessels of the cervex are swollen and its very easy to make them leak. If its stopping you are probably fine.

Stop worrying. That will only cause your body (and your baby) more stress. If it's slowing down or stopping that's a good sign!
I hope everything is alright. I know how scary it is, but it will work out.

If you a really worried I would just go to the er and tell them what the dr. said and get an ultra sound. It will set your mind at easy. Good Luck to you.
