The closest undergraduate major UCLA offers to Finance is Business Economics. It is an econ major with emphasis on business.

Yes -- the Anderson School has an excellent Finance department. Their PhD program in Finance is one of the best in the country. Their MBA students can take a broad range of finance classes. They also have a joint Masters in Financial Engineering program with UC-Berkeley.

I do not believe that they offer an undergraduate program in finance. However, it is likely that you can take finance classes as part of a degree program in economics.

You can try an Accounting minor or Business Econ (provided you maintain a 3.5 GPA). Otherwise, there's no set degree for Finance. There is talk of starting a Business minor that would be more applicable but that's not for a while.
