Some second order differential equations are touched on a little bit in calc 2, such as position, velocity and acceleration equations, but I have actually taken a differential equations class, which was much more in depth. It may depend on the institute that actually offers the class.

No. Not in Calc III either. But there are chapters on differential equations toward the end of some Calculus textbooks.

It's hard to say, since each college has its own curriculum. So what I learn in my Calc II class may differ from yours. In my day (about 50 years ago), calc I was differentiation and Calc II was integration. Differential equations were in Calc III and IV.

I took a course specifically called "differential equations", and it came after Calc II. So no.. it wasnt included. Though I suppose it would depend on the school..

They are normally taught in a classs called Differential Equations. Its a separate class.
