I blew off my diet.
For breakfast, I had a venti mint mocha from Starbucks - none of that sugar-free, non-fat crap - and a banana chocolate chip muffin.
Mid-morning, I had a regular Coke. By this point I had *serious* caffiene & sugar high.
For lunch, I had bbq beef & pork, cole slaw, fries, garlic bread & donut holes for dessert.
For dinner, I had fried calamari, fried plantains, fried pickles, pizza, and several alcoholic beverages.

I usually just go out for a few drinks with friends. It doesn't have to be beer or other alcoholic beverages, it can be soda pop, coffee, lattes, whatever your poison. just going out with a group is sometimes less expensive and more fun than a huge bash. dancing and general conversation are normally involved also. maybe even inviting some pals over for a game or two. last year i invited some friends to our house for my husband's birthday and we sat around and played games like Scene It music edition and Phase 10 (a card game).

I take off work. Sometimes I take off the whole week.
Then, I sleep late, spend the day doing what I want to do and buy myself something I know I want.
And I try to make sure my birthday spanking is a very adult spanking.

Going out to diner somewhere nice, or going to see a movie, or to a concert, or going somewhere special for the weekend, or even for one night, or maybe just a quiet, romantic evening at home with someone special. It doesn't matter really what you do, what matters is that you make the person feel special!
