Personally, I think jail is a pretty harsh punishment - and our society hands those sentences out to a lot of people who don't deserve it.
However, I would say that driving while intoxicated is one of the crimes where jail time is justified. I think she should have gone to jail for that. And if she was stupid enough to violate parole after not having to go to jail, she is getting what she deserves.
I would say the same thing about anyone, though. Before I heard about the drunk driving, I had nothing against her as a person.

YES she does. She wakes up in the morning without a care in the world because she knows WHATEVER she did the night before that's illegal won't count against her. Its totally unfair if she gets off with this. She could kill someone innocent by driving drunk or even herself [The world would end if she died!].She's a repeated offender and people say she doesn't deserve jail? She should take her jail time like the whore i mean woman she is. America sometimes I just don't get it...

Yes. She deserves it. Just because she's a rich, socialite snot doesn't mean that she should be let off the hook for violating her probation. AND she was totally stupid about the whole thing...saying that she didn't KNOW her license was suspended, when the paper that she SIGNED stating that fact, was in her glove box.
This is one time where Daddy's money isn't going to save her a/s/s. I hope some large manly woman makes her their Beeotch!!!!
Slam that cell door shut on her rich b*tch azz...

I sure do. I don't know why celebrities think they are above the. If I were pulled over for the umpteenth time and was drinking and I had a suspended license there would be no question as to where I would be heading. She is a spoiled brat and she is NOT above the law. If I would have to go to jail, and you would have to go to jail, there is no reason why she shouldn't have to go to jail.

yes. if you break the law, you pay the piper.just because daddy is rich does not make her above the law as she obviously believes she should be.maybe going to jail will make her a better person. she should not get away with all that she does because she can afford to buy people off and if daddy were a good parent he would do her the favor of teaching her that actions have consequences

She violated parole. Where is the question here. Anyone else wouldn't even get sympathy for this, much less the possibility of avoiding jail altogether.
