p(anything)=-log(anything).
for acidity, pH = - log[H+]
for acid strength, pKa = -log(Ka)
In photography, pAg = -log[Ag+] (used in photographic chemistry)

So for pF, I would assume pF=-log[F-], which makes sense, since some fluoride salts are only slightly soluble.

I checked on pF values and found references to electricity and to latex gloves.

Should I assume since the question is in chemistry that it was a typo of pH value?

pH is a measure of acidity. 1 is very acid, 7 is neutral and 14 is basic. It means the negative log of the H+ ion concentration.
