I AM TALKING ABOUT A MORE RECENT ONE THAN THE WHERE'S THE BEEF THING -- 1999, IT WAS MAKING FUN OF THE ADS FROM THE 70'S. THERE WAS A STUPID LITTLE JINGLE REFERRING TO THE BIG, BIG, BURGER, AND THEN THE BLONDE GIRL ASKS THE GUY IF HE WANTS TO TRY THE BIG, BIG, BURGER...IT IS NOT WHERE'S THE BEEF.
She says" would you like to try our big, big burger? It's really big!!"

I believe that commercial was for Burger King. Where's the Beef? I'm not sure but that's the only thing that comes to my mind.
