Speak english all the time the more you do it the better it will get. Watch a lot of movies, and television. That helped me with my chinese.

Your ques is not yet complete but certaintly i'll say that knowing nd speaking english is very good and it must be used when needed otherwise u can use ur native language cause no other launguage is better nd more respectful than our mothertongue.
