Poorly. Just look at the bizarre immigration policy on the Cubans vs the Haitians and explain the logic of it. He helped form that illogical policy and implemented it. Hmmmm....

Johnson implemented the "Immigration and Nationality amendments of 1965 which abolished the national-origin quotas that had been in place since 1924.

He didn't. It was during his administration that immigration was radically increased, from legislation sponsored by none other than Edward Kennedy - the same one who wants to keep the floodgates open now. If that isn't an argument for term limits, I don't know what is.
