New song about a soldier.......?

It goes something like
Lay me down in the filed across town....I'm in the place momma always prayed I'd go..If you reading this i'm already home.......then something about his gun and boots......and something about his dad being proud of him following his foot steps......and not being home for the birth of his baby girl
anything can help, I only heard the song once..

I managed to get the lyrics to the song that Tim McGraw sang on the ACM Awards but no definitve answer to the song title as of yet. Still waiting on that from my local radio station; even they were at a loss for the title as it has yet to be recorded. It is thought to be “I’M Already Home”
