No, I don't think I would. Even though I have done the best I can, I have had so many problems in my life.
My parents are very proud of me, but I feel I have let them down.

Now yes 2 years ago no. But every child ussually go thru a period of not being all that they should be.We make mistakes when we grow. My were many and huge however my life is turned around and I am such a better person now and I am living the life that was intended that my mother would be very proud of me.

You betcha! Happy marriage. Good job that makes a difference. Higher education than anyone else in the family's history. I'd say my parents' only son is doing a pretty swell job. Needs to lay off of that chocolate a little, though, before he gets fat.

It's all relative. My mother was left with the babysitter who adopted her. She and her husband were devout roman catholics. Nothing to be proud about since she got herself pregnant at 21. My biological dad was a sailor.
She tried to contact her own biological mother when she was 16. That woman told her to sod off.
It's a mixed up world.

depends on what kind of things i had accomplished as a son/daughter....if i did alot of good things, and was a good daughter...then yeah! i definitley would be proud, being proud isnt a bad thing...
