For me it was season 2 when at the finale Clay Aiken did "Bridge Over Troubled Water". It gave me chills and honestly, I never liked the song, ever before he did it that night. It is still the one I'm most affected by. Coming in a close second was the accapella song "In A Dream" by Bo Bice at season 4.

Bo's "In a Dream" hands down is the best
i've ever seen on Idol and i've seen alot
of good ones over the years on there.

Katherine's "Over the Rainbow" was awesome. I'm a Bama girl, so I was kinda pulling for Taylor, but Katherine totally rocked my favorite song! She probably should have won.
