Lost is on such a higher intellectual level of television than heroes. It's interesting, witty and not too dramatic. It leaves the audience wanting more. I don't think Heroes does that.

It could be because some people in the world think heros are for kids. I watch LOST every Wednesday. I used to watch heroes but i got sick of watching people fall off of buildings and walk through fires lol.

Heroes is my number one favorite show. I am on the edge of my seat every episode this season. I only hope it does not go the way Lost did its Second Season or the first part of Season Three.

Lost is not. They are #2 or #3. They WERE at #5 or #6 because of Season Two and part of Season Three, but they've picked up these past few episodes.

I love both shows, but personally...when I watch Heroes I actually feel as though I learned something. As opposed to Lost where I can watch a months worth and feel like I gained nothing. I guess fans can feel a little better knowing that they are planning on actually ending the show. But personally, its getting to be a little draining...and btw does anyone know why that "Other/Savage" who is like Ben's second wears eyeliner?!? It really wierds me out...even more than that fact that he hasn't aged

because they don't spoon-feed you answers like Heroes does... Lost keeps you on the edge of your seat week after week, it makes you think....

I do like Heroes though, I think it is a great show but they seem to have given us a lot of answers. really quickly, not sure how much farther they can take the show, not many more surprises left to find out..... I am afraid it is just going to fizzle out...

lol.. to the below poster.. that coming from someone who is sitting in front of his computer answering questions ...lol

In my opinion, it's not. You are also talking apples and oranges- vastly different challenges and circumstances would make any kind of comparison impossible. I think 'Heroes' is a MUCH more straightforward program than 'Lost'. To me "Lost' has gotten mired-down in WAY too many plot twists. It's gotten almost ridiculous.

Lost is unique in a mysterious way, to anything else on the TV

And to our anonymous answerer, If you are so incredibly socially active, why are you wasting time answering questions about "crappy" shows? Are you too afraid to even give us a made up name?

It's not. Lost started going down hill after the second season. Hereos is fresh and well written - you know, like Lost used to be.

i think you can relate to the characters, you get these little insites into their lives, and how everyone is connected. hereos is a collection of people with these abilities, and the show doesnt have a set journey or ending, lost has that... they promise us atleast some answers.
