I cant get the thread to loop through the thread dogs and I dont know what im doing wrong, please help!

I think you are asking how to get the bobbin thread to come up through to the top of the machine so you can start sewing. After you have filled the bobbin, put it into the case so that the thread tail is coming out into your left hand. Pull the tail into the little slot of the bobbin case and give it a gentle tug to make sure it will roll smoothly. Tuck the bobbin case into place in the hook race of in your machine. Don't close the door.

Thread the top of the machine and the needle, and then hold the tail of the top thread in your left hand. With your right hand, roll the flywheel away from you. The flywheel is the giant wheel on the outside of the machine. Roll it slowly until the needle moves down into the hook race and back up again. It should carry the bobbin thread up with it.

When you thread you needle, pull your thread towards the back of the machine and start sewing slow it should connect to your bobbin thread

your sewing machine had to have come with a manual and in the manual you will find a page that shows you how to thread your sewing machine what kind of sewing machine are you using?

take your sewing machine to a sewing machine sales and repair shop and ask for help, they can figure out most models.

It's hard to tell without being there with you.... I would always check to make you inserted the bobbin correctly... the bobbin seems to solve a lot of problems.
