I'm hoping your car has a manual transmission, and that your battery isn't completely dead. If such is the case, get a couple of friends and have them push the car down the street while in neutral, you only need 3-4 mph. With the key in the on position, put the car in second gear and pop the clutch out quickly and push it back in. Unless your battery has too little of a charge, this will get your motor going. If that doesn't work, you simply need a new battery, since your current one is dead and most likely will not be able to be charged up again.
And you should really get some jumper cables, just like every car should have a spare tire. They're inexpensive, and you can just toss them in your trunk with the spare tire.

Unfortunatly not. You need your battery to turn your starter and alternator. You also need the voltage for your spark plugs. You're going to have to get jumper cables. IF its a standard you can put it in gear, try pushing it and then start it. (turns the alternator I believe) but I don't know if the newer standards will do that...I've had to do that before with my car.

If you have a manual transmission you can push start it.
To push start your car put the transmission in neutral and if passable get at least 1 friend to help you push as it is hard to steer and push at the same time when the car gets moving fairly fast put the car in 2nd gear and let out the clutch quickly the car should start. This only works on a manual transmission.

You could roll start it if its stopped on top of a hill or someone could try towing you. Its better if you have stick as an automatic could be alot more difficult to roll start.
