i am not really into pokemon and kiddie games such as nickelodeon games, i am an adult so let me know what to buy!!!!

Mario Kart DS is quite easilt the best in the series, but I don't have a DS so that's the only game I've played.

It's all personal preference. If you like to race you should probably go for Mario kart DS. It's fun, not too hard, and you can race with other people who have the game, and people who don't. It has a lot of extras so you'll be entertained for hours. if your into "low pace" games than Animal Crossing Wide World would be good. But if your a RPG freak go for a pokemon game they are some of the best RPGs. There aren't a lot of "great" games because the DS is very powerful but they are entertaining on a long car ride. Hotel Dusk Room 215 is a great interactive novel, you hold the DS like a book to play it. Mario Cart, Mario 64 DS, New Super mario Bros. and a host of others.

You should really go for a basic game that everyone loves. My choice is either Pokemon Diomond or Pearl and Mario 64 DS.
