I just want to say i'm a huge fan. Since day one.
I have every season on dvd [except for 9] .. watch it everyday.
I would like to hear from loyal King of Queens fans.
Honestly, what did you think of the season finale?
My thoughts:
I would LOVED to of seen more of the kids. I think it ended really quick.
Upset more people didn't make an appearence [richy, ricky lake (dougs sis), many more]
And i honestly feel like they had to stretch on the last 3 episodes.
But dont get me wrong .. i LOVE king of queens, always will. It was a wonderful show.
Your thoughts?

What i was trying to explain to my friends/family while watching [had a get together, haah]. All these fans have been dedicated .. and watched so much happen with Doug and Carrie .. to just end it with them splitting/getting back together .. living in different places .. FINALLY getting kid(s) then a commercial followed by a montage .. just wasn't the way the really loyal fan wanted it to end. But i guess we all can't get what we want :)

Yes, spences mom is Arthur (Jerrys) real wife .. and Gloria (starbucks girl/red hair) is Arthurs real daughter (Ben stillers sister) ...
Doug and Danny are real brothers.
The latino guy whos always the doctor is Carrie REAL husband.

It felt very "rushed" to me, like let's wrap this puppy up. The whole wedding part was ridiculous. However it was cool seeing old characters come back like Lou and Holly. They should have brought back Doug's sister, Carrie's sister, and even Doug's friend Richie too. The whole kids thing could have been explored a lil' more. The best part was probably the montage at the end. Great series with a not so great finale. Still a fan. :)

I love that show too and still watch the repeat episodes at 6pm and 6:30 each evening.But I do agree that it ended really quick and they should also have had alot of other people that were not on the show.I thought it was kinda cool that Arthur ended up marrying Spencers mother,who by the way is his real life wife and they Are the parents to Ben Stiller.Anyway sorry to see the show go but have seen better episodes than the finale.

I totally agree. I would have like to see more of the kids. I was reading other King of Queen questions on yahoo and a lot of people thought the second baby was a girl. IT WASN'T A GIRL. The baby was wearing a blue striped outfit! Which I took as a boy. I also would have liked to know what happen to Holly and her baby. But I would have liked to know the name of the baby and seen more of them with the kids. But it was cute when doug tripped on the couch to get the the baby girl. I forgot her name...I know he called her something chinese when they were in the hotel.

I agree that I would have loved to see more of the kids. I think it had a happy ending and Arthur added humor when he came back saying his marriage didn't work. It could have been better but overall I think they did a good job and I wasn't really disappointed.

Yeah I agree it didn't go out with a bang like the Friends Finale. I expected so much more from the finale yeah it was funny and Arthur in his black leather as a gay man was just beyond hilarious but I have to admit it didn't live up to my expectations

I thought the finally was good...but I wish they would make more I want to find out how they are getting along w/ the kids and carrie's dad moving back in!! I thought doug being druck out back was hilarous!!!

I agree, I was kinda disappointed in the finale. It didn't stand up to the rest of the episodes. I am very upset that it is over, but it will always be on my list of favorite shows (right along with 'Friends'.

They tried to cram way too much into the final episode. I agree that the last three were drug out way too long - and then the last 10 minutes was full of stuff.

I liked it! Thought it was pretty funny... Glad they worked out everything and ended up with 2 kids in the end!
